You have all been a significant part of my grandfather’s final years, and have made his final years truly “golden.” You had become a second family for Grandpa. Each department at Franciscan Manor has gone above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that his needs were met and his stay at your facility was enjoyable.
During his final days, you made sure that he was comfortable and well cared-for when he no longer was able to care for himself. You also provided comfort to our family, when the end was near, providing refreshment as we sat by his side. Even after his passing, your compassion continued when many of you attending his funeral.
